1.3 HOMEWORK

  1. Use the Feeling Wheel graphic below to identify and gauge your feelings for 2-3 days. Take notes in your journal. Observe if you follow your feelings, or if you let God’s Word corral and capture them.
  2. Afterward, practice WDBS (What Does the Bible Say?) by finding 3-4 scriptures that address your strongest feelings for the last few days. If you don’t know how to locate scriptures on those feelings, use one of the Bible apps I’ve included below to do a word or topical search.
